Keep your weight under control and decrease your risk of common diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis by staying active.

GET ENOUGH SHUT EYE

Allow yourself seven to eight hours a night. Not getting enough sleep can be damaging to your health.

EAT RIGHT

Now is the time to cut down on chips and sugary sodas and boost your intake of fruits and vegetables. Try cutting the amount of alcohol you drink in half to reduce calories.
