Inpatient Rehabilitation Services at Nyack Hospital are provided by
The Department of Rehabilitation Therapy, which offers comprehensive
physical, occupational and speech therapy services for adults, children
and neonates during their hospitalization. The Department works in
conjunction with nursing, physicians and other healthcare professionals in
developing individualized plans of care for our patients throughout the
hospital, including the intensive care nursery, Joint Replacement Center
and post-surgical care units. New York State Licensed physical, occupational
and speech therapists provide personalized treatment services 365 days a year
to patients ranging from newborns who require assistance during the first
precious days of life to patients who have suffered a stroke and are striving
to regain their independence.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are offered through the Helen Hayes Hospital  Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Nyack Hospital.  This Center provides comprehensive physical and occupational therapy, speech/language pathology and Audiology services.
