The Prenatal Clinic serves Medicaid-eligible Rockland County residents, regardless of legal status. All clients must meet income eligibility for Medicaid. Staffed by the Rockland County Department of Health through a contractual agreement, the Prenatal Clinic follows the midwifery model of care. The Clinic offers a limited high risk medical clinic each week, and Phlebotomy and social work services are provided on-site. The Clinic is located at 258 High Avenue, rear second floor entrance, Nyack.
Hours of operation are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Limited parking is available.
