American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) Toll Free: 800.843.8114 www.airc.org AICR’s website, phone line, and brochures provide information about cancer prevention and eating during and after treatment. Registered dieticians answer questions online and by phone.
American Pain Foundation Toll Free: 888.615.7246 www.painfoundation.org The foundation provides pain management information, hosts online support groups, and publishes newsletters.
American Psychosocial Oncology Society (APOS) Toll Free 1.866.276.7443 www.apos-society.org APOS offers a toll-free hotline that helps cancer patients, caregivers and advocacy organizations obtain referrals for local counseling services throughout the United States. This referral program aims to connect cancer patients and their caregivers to psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers and counselors skilled in the management of cancer-related distress.

Gilda’s Club Worldwide Toll Free: 888.445.3248 www.gildasclub.org Gilda's Club provides meeting places throughout the United States where men, women and children living with cancer and their families and friends join with others to build emotional and social support as a supplement to medical care. Free of charge and nonprofit, Gilda's Club offers support and networking groups, lectures, workshops and social events in a nonresidential, homelike setting.

Cancer Foundation For Young Adults is a global support community for young adults affected by cancer who get busy living and rock on. Their mission is to improve quality of life by providing 'one-stop' access to hard to find resources, peer support and social networks. They use music and the arts to make it hip to be a survivor and talk about stupid cancer by advocating on behalf of over 200 young adult support resources and one million plus survivors aged 15-39 who are currently living with and beyond cancer worldwide.

National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS)
