Nyack Hospital Partners with Nationally Recognized Architect Firm for Facility Management Initiatives

Nyack Hospital has contracted with Pomarico Design Studio/Healthrisk Technologies Inc., a Newburgh, NY based industrial architectural firm, for management of inpatient unit renovations, design of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center, and coordination of other facility management projects.  These projects will build upon Nyack Hospital’s foundation of providing quality healthcare services in an environment that promotes healing. 

Pomarico Design Studio was recently spotlighted in the December issue of Facility Care, a monthly publication addressing the Design, Operation & Maintenance of Healthcare Facilities.  The article, entitled "Who's Who In Healthcare Facilities Management", details Facility Care's first annual Who's Who in Healthcare Facilities Management, as well as other industry leaders.  Pomarico is highlighted in the Industry Architects category.  Nyack Hospital has previously partnered with Pomarico Design Studio/Healthrisk Technologies for the installation of PET/CT equipment, design of the digital mammography suite and Joint Commission preparedness.
