All gifts to the Nyack Hospital Foundation reflect a commitment to investing in the future of quality of healthcare in Rocklans County. There are, however, special gifts that can make rapid, consequential and long-term impact in the well being of Nyack Hospital patients. A major donor – an individual or corporation whose contributions reach or exceed $10,000 in any year – can fund a significant portion of a project, or an entire project.

What are the major gift membership categories?
To place major gifts into perspective and to encourage philanthropy among individuals and organizations in our community, the Nyack Hospital Foundation has established seven membership categories:
Chairman’s Circle: $1 million and over
President’s Cabinet: $500,000
Leadership Circle: $250,000
Benefactors: $100,000
Patrons: $50,000
The Nyack Society: $25,000
Friends: $10,000
Kinds of Recognition
In-Memoriam Recognition is conferred upon a deceased donor according to his or her giving level.
Annual Recognition is conferred upon donors whose gifts reach the following level during each calendar year:
Friend: $500
Donor: $1,000 or more
Sponsor: $5,000 or more
Honorary Recognition is accorded from time to time by the Nyack Hospital Foundation to those who have brought prestige and esteem to the Hospital.
