Health Insurance is available to all full-time and part-time employees through Oxford Health Plans. You have the choice of a POS or HMO with only a minimal co-payment.
Dental Insurance is available to all full-time and part-time employees through MetLife. The plan covers Preventive, Basic and Major services.
Vision Insurance is available to employees who enroll in either Oxford Health Plans and/or the MetLife Dental Plan. Vision coverage is available through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Group Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage is available through MetLife Insurance Company. Coverage for full-time employees is one times your annual salary. Coverage for part-time employees is at a flat rate. Supplemental Life Insurance can be purchased for up to four times your salary at an additional cost through payroll deduction. Dependent Spouse and Dependent Child coverage is also available.
Nyack Hospital provides a Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) through Merrill Lynch. Employees are eligible to participate in the RSP after one year of service if you work at least 1,000 in the preceding 12 months.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s) are available to all full-time and part-time employees. These accounts allow you to pay for certain expenses with pre-tax dollars. The accounts are as follows:

Dependent Care Account (DCA)
Supplemental Short Term Disability is available to all full-time and part- time employees through Zurich North American. If you elect to participate, the plan will pay additional disability benefits to you up to a maximum of $500 per week. This program is available through payroll deduction.
Tuition Reimbursement is available to all full-time and part-time employees. Nyack Hospital encourages employees to take advantage of this program and continue to develop skills needed on the job.
