This refresher course reviews previously learned skills and information on the mechanics of labor and delivery. Relaxation and Lamazae breathing techniques are reviewed. This class is excellent for repeat parents who have had a C-section and are trying a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). A tour of our newly-renovated Maternity Center is also included.
